CARROT CAKE SMOOTHIE

- Combine baby carrots, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, salt, frozen yogurt, milk and ice cubes in blender container.
- Blend on HIGH until mixture is frothy and ice cubes are finely ground, about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Pour into 4 glasses. Garnish each with 1 carrot stick for stirring. Serve immediately.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 jars strained baby carrots
- 50 grams sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- Dash ground nutmeg
- Dash salt
- 200 ml vanilla low-fat frozen yogurt
- 100 ml reduced-fat (2%) milk
- 2 ice cubes
- 4 long carrot sticks, optional
