- In a blender container combine orange sections, orange sherbet, yogurt and orange-tangerine juice.
- Cover and blend until nearly smooth. Serve in glasses.

- 350 ml mandarin orange sections, drained
- 200 ml orange sherbet
- 150 ml orange crème low-fat yogurt
- 100 ml orange-tangerine juice or orange juice, chilled
