MANDARIN ORANGE SMOOTHIE

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • In a blender container combine orange sections, orange sherbet, yogurt and orange-tangerine juice.
  • Cover and blend until nearly smooth. Serve in glasses.

INGREDIENTS

  • 350 ml mandarin orange sections, drained
  • 200 ml orange sherbet
  • 150 ml orange crème low-fat yogurt
  • 100 ml orange-tangerine juice or orange juice, chilled
