- Blend all the ingredients for a minute. Pour into a glass and stir the crumbled sponge finger through the mixture.
- Scatter the sugar sprinkles on top and serve immediately.

- 250 grams mixed tropical fruit (pineapple, mango, lychee and papaya)
- 250 grams vanilla ice cream
- 150 grams ready-made custard
- 1 sponge finger, crumbled
