FRUIT SMOOTHIE

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Fruit Smoothie: Put mango, banana, strawberries, Greek-style yogurt, honey, milk, ice cubes into a blender and process until smooth.
  • Pour out and serve with straws.
  • Malted Banana Smoothie : Put banana, milk, malted milk powder, ice cubes into a blender and process until smooth.
  • To make a chocolate variation use chocolate malted milk powder and chocolate ice cream.

INGREDIENTS

Fruit Smoothie

  • 1 mango, peeled and chopped
  • 2 small banana
  • 8 strawberries
  • 150 grams Greek-style yogurt with added honey
  • 200 ml milk
  • 6 ice cubes

Malted Banana Smoothie

  • 2 small banana, chopped
  • 250 ml milk
  • 4 tablespoons malted milk powder 
  • 6 ice cubes
