- Place all the fruits into a saucepan with 2 tablespoons water, the lemon juice and the honey. Bring to the boil.
- Simmer to low flame and cook the fruit for 5-7 minutes or until it is tender. Remove from the heat and allow it cool.
- Blend all the ingredients for a minute or until smooth. Pour into a glass, drizzle a little extra honey and serve.

- 250 grams chopped rhubarb
- 50 grams blackberries
- 1 apple, peeled, cored and chopped
- 1 pear, peeled, cored and chopped
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 100 ml plain low-fat yogurt
