CANTALOUPE SMOOTHIE

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • In blender container combine cubed cantaloupe, yogurt, juice, honey and vanilla. Cover and blend until nearly smooth.
  • Pour into glasses. Garnish with cantaloupe wedges, if desired. Serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 600 grams seeded, peeled and cubed cantaloupe
  • 2 containers orange crème low-fat yogurt
  • 100 ml orange-tangerine juice or orange juice, chilled
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 small cantaloupe wedges (optional)
