- In blender container combine cubed cantaloupe, yogurt, juice, honey and vanilla. Cover and blend until nearly smooth.
- Pour into glasses. Garnish with cantaloupe wedges, if desired. Serve immediately.
INGREDIENTS
- 600 grams seeded, peeled and cubed cantaloupe
- 2 containers orange crème low-fat yogurt
- 100 ml orange-tangerine juice or orange juice, chilled
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 small cantaloupe wedges (optional)
