SOY MANGO SMOOTHIE

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Place all ingredients in blender. Cover; process 30 to 45 seconds or until mixture is smooth, using on / off pulsing action to break up chunks.
  • Pour into glasses.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams frozen mango chunks
  • 1 container vanilla soy yogurt
  • 100 ml orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ teaspoon grated fresh ginger
