- Blend the coulis ingredients until smooth, strain and set aside.
- Blend the smoothie ingredients for a minute or until smooth.
- Pour into a large bowl, swirl in the coulis then pour into a glass to serve.

The Coulis
- 75 grams raspberries
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
The Smoothie
- 100 ml plain low-fat yogurt
- 250 grams chopped mango
- 75 ml milk
