MANGO AND RASPBERRY SWIRL SMOOTHIE

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Blend the coulis ingredients until smooth, strain and set aside.
  • Blend the smoothie ingredients for a minute or until smooth.
  • Pour into a large bowl, swirl in the coulis then pour into a glass to serve.

INGREDIENTS

The Coulis

  • 75 grams raspberries
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey

The Smoothie

  • 100 ml plain low-fat yogurt
  • 250 grams chopped mango
  • 75 ml milk
