SOOTHING SMOOTHIE

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put the orange and cranberries into a food processor and process.
  • Add the banana and yogurt, then blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass, sprinkle with shreds of orange zest and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 75 grams soy yogurt
  • 1 orange, peeled, leave some of the white pith
  • 50 grams cranberries
  • Fine shreds of orange zest, to decorate
