GREEN TEA CITRUS SMOOTHIE

- Place tea bags in heatproof cup or mug. Add boiling water. Steep tea 5 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags. Refrigerate until cold.
- Place tea, sugar, lemon juice, lemon sorbet and 4 ice cubes in blender container. Blend on HIGH until mixture is frothy and ice cubes are finely ground, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Pour into a-pitcher. Add club soda and stir briefly to mix. Pour into 4 ice-filled glasses and garnish with a lemon wedge.

- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 200 ml frozen lemon sorbet
- 4 ice cubes, plus extra for glasses
- 200 ml club soda, well chilled
