ANTI-STRESS SMOOTHIE

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Place yogurt, banana, blueberries, honey and milk in blender container.
  • Blend on HIGH until mixture is frothy and ice cubes are finely ground, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  • Pour into 4 glasses.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 ml vanilla low-fat frozen yogurt
  • 1 medium-size ripe banana
  • 400 grams frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 200 ml reduced-fat (2%) milk
  • 4 to 6 ice cubes
