PLUM FLUFF

Preparation Method :

  • Put the plums, milk, and ice cream into a food processor and process until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and serve at once with crumbly oat cookies.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 ml ice-cold milk
  • 2 scoops of luxury vanilla ice cream
  • 4 medium ripe plums, pitted  
  • Crumbly oat cookies, to serve
