KOKUM COOLER

Preparation Method :

  • Soak kokum rinds overnight or mix them with sufficient water in a pan and rapidly boil it.
  • Add sugar and boil till sugar dissolves.
  • Remove from heat, and mix black salt, mint and cumin powder and set aside to cool.
  • Add ice cubes and serve chilled.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons dried kokum rind
  • 300 grams sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mint, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons cumin powder, roasted
  • 1 teaspoon black salt
