COFFEE ICE CREAM MOCHA MILKSHAKE

Preparation Method :

  • In a blender, blend together the ice cream, coffee, and sugar for 2 minutes.
  • Stop the blender and add the ice, melted chocolate, liqueur, and milk. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into individual cups.
  • Serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams chocolate ice cream
  • 200 ml brewed coffee at room temperature
  • 1 tablespoons sugar
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 150 grams bittersweet chocolate, melted
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate liqueur
  • 200 ml cold milk
