- Put the rhubarb, orange and ginger into a food processor and process.
- Add the soy milk and shake to mix.
- Pour into a glass, sprinkle with ginger and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams pink rhubarb, trimmed and cut into chunks
- 50 ml soy milk
- 1 orange, peeled, leave some of the white pith
- 2-cm piece fresh ginger
- Pinch of ground ginger, to decorate
