PINK GINGER SHAKE

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put the rhubarb, orange and ginger into a food processor and process.
  • Add the soy milk and shake to mix.
  • Pour into a glass, sprinkle with ginger and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams pink rhubarb, trimmed and cut into chunks
  • 50 ml soy milk
  • 1 orange, peeled, leave some of the white pith
  • 2-cm piece fresh ginger
  • Pinch of ground ginger, to decorate
