ORANGE-PINEAPPLE BREAKFAST SHAKE WITH YOGURT & HONEY

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Add orange juice, pineapple juice, yogurt and honey to food processor or blender.
  • Process until smooth.
  • Pour into two glasses.
  • Garnish with orange twists or fresh mint sprigs, if desired.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 ml Florida orange or tangerine juice 
  • 100 ml unsweetened pineapple juice 
  • 100 ml plain low fat yogurt 
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Orange twists or fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
