Preparation Method :
- Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan over a high heat. Remove from the heat, add the tea bags and mint leaves and leave for about 15 - 20 minutes.
- Remove and discard the tea bags, then leave the mint leaves in the liquid until it is cool.
- Drop the sugar in another pan, add 4 tablespoons water and stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Bring to a boil, without stirring for 3 - 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and leave to cool completely.
- Strain the mint-flavored liquid into a bowl. Stir in the cooled syrup, cover and chill until ready to serve.
- Mix all the chilled ingredients together in a large punch bowl. Add the ice cubes and serve.
