- Combine grapefruit juice, pineapple juice, water and honey in punch bowl or large pitcher. Stir in grenadine, if desired. Stir until well combined.
- Just before serving, slowly pour ginger ale down side of punch bowl. Stir gently to combine. Garnish, if desired.
- Serve over ice in chilled glasses.
INGREDIENTS
- 400 ml frozen Florida grapefruit juice concentrate, thawed
- 400 ml frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
- 200 ml water
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons grenadine syrup (optional)
- 1 liter ginger ale, chilled
- Mint sprigs for garnish (optional)
- Ice cubes
