CREAMY COFFEE GRANITA

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Dissolve the coffee granules with boiling water in a small mixing bowl.
  • Blend all the ingredients for a minute.
  • Pour into a small glass or cup and serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon boiling water
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
  • 1 tablespoon double cream
  • 1 teaspoon sugar  
  • Ice cubes
