COFFEE CHOCOLATE COCONUT GRANITA

Preparation Method :

  • In a blender, blend together the espresso, coconut, white chocolate, and sugar for 2 minutes.
  • Stop the blender and add the ice, coconut milk, and water. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into individual cups.
  • Serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 servings espresso at room temperature
  • 50 grams coconut, chopped
  • 150 grams white chocolate, chopped
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 12 ice cubes
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 200 ml cold water
