GINGER FIZZ

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put the ginger ale and several mint leaves into a food processor and process.
  • Strain into a chilled highball glass half filled with cracked ice.
  • Dress with the raspberries and the sprig of fresh mint.

INGREDIENTS

  • Ginger ale
  • Sprigs of fresh mint
  • Cracked ice
  • Raspberries and a mint sprig, to decorate
