CHOCOLATE CLUB SODA

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Shave chocolate with vegetable peeler, if desired. (Makes about ½ cup.)
  • Pour syrup into 12-ounce glass. Stir in club soda until foamy. Add ice. Garnish with 1 teaspoon chocolate shavings. Serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 square semisweet chocolate (optional)
  • 50 ml chocolate syrup
  • 200 ml chilled club soda or carbonated mineral water
  • Ice
