LYCHEE, REDCURRANT AND ROSE WATER FIZZ

Preparation Method :

  • Put all the ingredients through a juice extractor.
  • Pour into a glass, top with sparkling water and serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 350 grams lychees, peeled and stoned
  • 100 ml sparkling water
  • 150 grams redcurrants
  • 1 teaspoon rose water
