LEMON FIZZ

Preparation Method :

  • Squeeze the fresh lemons and pour the juice into a chilled highball glass filled with crushed ice.
  • Add the piece of peel and sugar to taste and stir briefly.
  • Add the soda pop to taste.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 fresh lemons
  • Crushed ice
  • Peel of ½ lemons
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Iced lemon-flavoured soda pop
