WHITE GRAPE ELDERFLOWER FOAM

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Add all the ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses, add a few grapes and serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 large scoops of frozen yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons  elderflower syrup
  • 70 grams white grapes, seedless
  • 150 ml sparkling mineral water
  • White grapes, to decorate
