VANILLA ENERGY SHAKE

- Combine soy milk, soy yogurt, walnuts, cinnamon, honey and ice cubes in blender container.
- Blend on high until mixture is frothy and ice cubes are finely ground, about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Pour into 4 glasses.

- 200 ml plain soy milk
- 300 ml vanilla soy yogurt
- 50 grams raw walnut halves
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 ½ tablespoon honey
- 4 ice cubes
