- Pour the carrot juice and tomato juice into a food processor and process until combined.
- Add in the red bell peppers and lemon juice. Adjust seasoning with freshly ground black pepper and process until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into glasses and serve.

- 2 large red bell peppers, seeded and coarsely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
