ICED COFFEE AND CHOCOLATE CRUSH

Preparation Method :

  • Pour the milk, coffee syrup, and peppermint syrup into a food processor and process gently until combined.
  • Add the mint and ice cubes and process until a slushy consistency has been reached.
  • Pour the mixture into glasses. Scatter over the grated chocolate, then decorate with sprigs of fresh mint and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 75 ml peppermint syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 300 ml milk
  • 150 ml coffee syrup
  • 4 ice cubes
  • Grated chocolate, and sprigs of fresh mint, to decorate
