- In a blender, blend together the coffee and sugar for 2 minutes.
- Stop the blender and add the ice, pina colada mix, and coconut milk. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into individual cups.
- Serve immediately.

- 200 ml brewed coffee at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 12 ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons pina
- Colada mix or other tropical liqueur
- 400 ml coconut milk
