Preparation Method :
- Put the milk, cream, and sugar into a food processor and process gently until combined.
- Add the cocoa and coffee powder and process well, then add in the ice cubes and process until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into glasses. Top with whipped cream, then scatter the grated chocolate over the drinks and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
- 150 ml milk
- 50 ml light cream
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee powder
- 6 ice cubes
- Whipped cream and grated chocolate, to decorate
