ESPRESSO COFFEE

Preparation Method :

  • Beat sugar and coffee powder vigorously in a tea cup with a spoon till light and fluffy, add few drops of water.
  • Add little more water gradually, take care not to make the mixture thin. Beat till the mixture turns fluffy.
  • Put half the beaten coffee in each cup.
  • Strain milk in a pan. Add water. Keep on fire to boil. When the milk and water mixture boils, reduce flame.
  • Remove from heat and pour into cups to get a frothy coffee. Stir.
  • Sprinkle some drinking chocolate. Serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 ml water
  • 100 ml milk
  • 3 teaspoon instant Nescafe coffee powder
  • Sugar to taste
  • A little drinking chocolate to sprinkle - optional
