- In a saucepan, over low heat, combine the coffee, sugar, chocolate and water till chocolate has just melted. Stir constantly for 5 minutes.
- Then add milk, stirring constantly till heated. Remove from the heat and beat with a hand mixer. Put a dollop of whipped cream / vanilla ice cream on top while serving.
