Preparation Method :
- Sprinkle the cheese cubes with pepper and mix with the herbs.
- Lay out 5 vine leaves on the worktop so that the edges overlap.
- Put the cubes of cheese into the middle of the vine leaves and fold the leaves together over them.
- Grease 4 large pieces of aluminium foil with oil and wrap up the stuffed vine leaves in them.
- Lay the packages in the embers for about 10-12 minutes.
- Remove the aluminium foil, cut open the vine leaves and serve with the baguette.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams Gruyere cheese, cut into large cubes
- 2 tablespoon chopped herbs
- 20 pickled vine leaves, rinse and dried
- Sesame oil for greasing
- Pepper and salt, to taste
- Baguette (bread)
