Preparation Method :
- Heat the butter and fry the diced onion for about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the boiled ham and the mozzarella.
- Mix all the ingredients and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Then mix the parsley with the chopped mushroom stalks and stuffing.
- Put the stuffing into the mushrooms and spread olive oil over them.
- Grill the mushrooms for about 3 - 5 minutes.
INGREDIENTS
- 550 grams fresh mushrooms with brown tops, cut out the stalks and chop finely
- 250 grams mozzarella
- 150 grams boiled ham
- 250 grams boiled potatoes, cut into small cubes
- 1 onion, peeled and diced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ½ sprig of parsley, washed, dried and finely chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil for spreading
