Preparation Method :
- Boil the vinegar together with half a cup of water.
- Put the onions into the boiling vinegar and water together with the sugar, the savory, salt and pepper.
- Let the beans simmer in the brew for about 15-20 minutes.
- Allow cool down in the brew, take them out, arrange and garnish with herbs.

- 500 grams young, green beans, washed
- 100 ml white wine vinegar
- 150 grams onions, peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 sprig of savory
- Pepper and Salt, to taste
- Herbs for garnishing
