GRILLED CORN ON THE COB

Preparation Method :
- Spread oil over the corncobs and grill for about 8-10 minutes with turning frequently.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper after cooking.
- Whisk the butter. Crush the peppercorns and fold them into the butter.
- Drizzle with some whisky and serve with the corncobs.

- 4 fresh corncobs, washed, boiled and drained
- Sesame oil for spreading
- 50 grams butter
- 2 tablespoon green peppercorns
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Whisky
