GRILLED CORN ON THE COB

Preparation Method :

  • Spread oil over the corncobs and grill for about 8-10 minutes with turning frequently.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper after cooking.
  • Whisk the butter. Crush the peppercorns and fold them into the butter.
  • Drizzle with some whisky and serve with the corncobs.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 fresh corncobs, washed, boiled and drained
  • Sesame oil for spreading
  • 50 grams butter
  • 2 tablespoon green peppercorns
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Whisky
