FARMER'S STYLE POTATOES WITH BUTTERMILK DIP

Preparation Method :
- Wrap the potatoes into 4 large pieces of aluminium foil and place them in the embers. Cook the potatoes for about an hour or two.
- Dice the bacon and heat it in a frying pan.
- Allow the bacon cool down and add the diced onion to it.
- Mix the fresh cream with the buttermilk and spice with salt and pepper. Fold in the bacon and onions.
- Arrange the potatoes with the buttermilk dip and serve garnished with chervils.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams large potatoes, washed and dried
- 100 grams streaky bacon, diced
- 150 grams fresh cream
- 100 grams onion, peeled and diced
- 200 ml buttermilk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chervils for garnishing
