CABBAGE WITH CARAWAY SEEDS

Preparation Method :
- Mix the white cabbage with the salt and knead or pummel it. The white cabbage must become very soft.
- Mix the red pepper strips with the white cabbage.
- Stir the salt, pepper, the caraway seeds and the vinegar into the fresh cream and mix with the vegetables.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 75 grams small white cabbage, washed, hard core discarded, Julienne the quarters
- 150 grams fresh cream
- 1 red pepper, washed, deseeded and cut into strips
- ½ teaspoon caraway seeds
- 2 tablespoon brandy vinegar
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Parsley for garnishing
