Preparation Method :
- Mix the lemon juice with the Worcestershire sauce, Calvados and the spices.
- Marinate the apple slices and the mussels into the spice mixture for about 30 - 45 minutes.
- Take the apple slices out of the marinade, shake off the excess liquid and spread herb butter over them.
- Shake off the excess liquid from the mussels. Cut the slices of bacon in half and wrap each mussel in a slice of bacon.
- Thread the mussels and the pieces of apple alternately onto skewers and grill for about 5 minutes on each side. Garnish immediately with herbs and serve.

- 150 grams potted mussels, strain and remove excess liquid

- 3 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 3-4 cloves
- 1 pinch cardamom powder
- Pepper and Salt, to taste
- 2 sour apples, peeled, quartered, cored and cut into thick slices
- 1 tablespoon herb butter
- 9 slices of streaky bacon
- Herbs for garnishing
