Preparation Method :
- Simmer the onion with the vinegar and the sugar for about 8-10 minutes at a mild heat.
- Add the lemon jelly and allow it to boil to a syrup consistency.
- Stir the peel and the juice into the chutney and add the spices, then let it cool down.
- Mix the sherry with the salt, the sugar and the soy sauce.
- Thread the slices of meat onto skewers and spread marinade over them.
- Cook the meat skewers on the grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side and serve with the lemon chutney.

- 750 grams pork fillet, washed, dried and sliced
- 1 onion, peeled and diced
- 500 grams lemon jelly
- 100 ml vinegar
- 100 grams brown sugar
- 2 untreated lemon juice and zest sliced
- Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Cardamon powder
- 2 teaspoon Ground ginger
- Ground cloves
- 1 tablespoon sherry
- Sugar, to taste
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt, to taste
