Preparation Method :
- Tap the turkey escalopes a bit flatter between two sheets of plastic foil and cut them in half lengthways.
- Spice the escalopes with salt, pepper, coriander, and curry powder.
- Put a banana quarter onto every escalope and roll it up.
- Secure the rolls with toothpicks cook on the grill for about 15 - 20 minutes with turning frequently.
- Stir the yogurt and the fresh cream into a smooth mixture and spice with salt, curry powder and pineapple juice.
- Serve the turkey rolls together with the curry sauce.

- 750 grams thin turkey escalopes, washed and dried
- 200 grams yogurt
- 2 tablespoon pineapple juice
- Coriander powder curry powder
- 2 bananas, peeled and quartered
- 150 grams fresh cream
- Salt and pepper, to taste
