FINE TURKEY ROLLS

Preparation Method :

  • Tap the turkey escalopes a bit flatter between two sheets of plastic foil and cut them in half lengthways.
  • Spice the escalopes with salt, pepper, coriander, and curry powder.
  • Put a banana quarter onto every escalope and roll it up.
  • Secure the rolls with toothpicks cook on the grill for about 15 - 20 minutes with turning frequently.
  • Stir the yogurt and the fresh cream into a smooth mixture and spice with salt, curry powder and pineapple juice.
  • Serve the turkey rolls together with the curry sauce.

INGREDIENTS

  • 750 grams thin turkey escalopes, washed and dried
  • 200 grams yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon pineapple juice
  • Coriander powder curry powder
  • 2 bananas, peeled and quartered
  • 150 grams fresh cream
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
