- Add the garlic cloves and the herbs to the white wine with the mustard, oil, anchovies, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
- Marinate the ribs in the honey herb mixture at least for 6 - 7 hours.
- Take the ribs out of the marinade and grill for 45 - 50 minutes, turning frequently.

- 2 kg spare ribs, washed, dried separated into portions
- 100 ml Sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3-4 cloves of garlic, peeled and pressed
- 2 teaspoon mustard
- 3-4 chopped anchovies
- 1 tablespoon mixed herbs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
