MARINATED NECK STEAKS ON THE HOT STONE

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Mix together the lime juice, orange juice and the olive oil.
  • Add the chopped garlic with salt and pepper to the juice and olive oil mixture.
  • Marinate the steaks with the oil mixture for 8 - 10 hours.
  • Take the steaks out of the marinade and cook on the hot stone for about 3 - 5 minutes on each side. Serve the steaks garnished with herbs.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 ml orange juice
  • 150 grams pork neck steaks, washed, dried and marinated
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • Rock salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Herbs for garnishing
