MARINATED NECK STEAKS ON THE HOT STONE

Preparation Method :
- Mix together the lime juice, orange juice and the olive oil.
- Add the chopped garlic with salt and pepper to the juice and olive oil mixture.
- Marinate the steaks with the oil mixture for 8 - 10 hours.
- Take the steaks out of the marinade and cook on the hot stone for about 3 - 5 minutes on each side. Serve the steaks garnished with herbs.

- 250 ml orange juice
- 150 grams pork neck steaks, washed, dried and marinated
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
- 100 ml olive oil
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, peeled and coarsely chopped
- Rock salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 2 bay leaves
- Herbs for garnishing
