LEG OF PORK WITH CUMIN

Preparation Method :
- Put the pork legs into a sufficiently large saucepan of salt water.
- Bring the water to the boil and allow the legs of pork for about 20 - 25 minutes.
- Take the legs of pork out of the water, allow them cool down a bit and dry them well.
- Mix the spices with the beer, mustard, herbs and oil.
- Spread the marinade over the legs of pork and cook on the grill for about an hour.
- While cooking, baste them with the marinade and turn frequently.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg front legs of pork, washed
- 225 ml beer
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 2 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 3 teaspoon Cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
