SAUSAGE ROLL

Preparation Method :

  • Mix together the mustard, ketchup, the white wine, and the pepper.
  • Cut the bacon into pieces, intersperse with onion slices and apple in the rolled sausage.
  • Put about 8 skewers in the sausage roll to keep it in shape and cook it on the grill for about 10 - 12 minutes. Baste with the prepared sauce while cooking.

INGREDIENTS

  • 750 grams uncooked frying sausage, roll into large snail shape
  • 250 grams breakfast bacon
  • 1 onion, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon white wine
  • 2 tablespoon Maggi Cayenne pepper
  • 1 apple, peeled, cored and sliced
