ROAST HAM WITH TRUFFLES

Preparation Method :
- Pour the liquid off the truffles, shake off the excess liquid from them and cut into strips.
- Make small holes in the ham with a sharp knife and push the truffle strips into these and then cut square shapes into the rind.
- Mix the onion, the garlic with the mustard, pepper, honey, sugar, oil, dark beer, caraway seeds and the marjoram.
- Spread the mixture over the roast, fix it in the grill basket and cook for about 45 - 50 minutes. Baste with the marinade.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 ml dark beer
- 500 grams roast ham with rind, washed and dried
- 1 onion, peeled and diced
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, peeled and diced
- 5 teaspoon mustard
- 50 grams truffles
- 1½ teaspoon pepper
- 3 teaspoon honey
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 3 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 pinch caraway seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground marjoram
- Mixed garden vegetables and herbs
- Salt, to taste
