MEAT BURGER

Preparation Method :

  • Mix the minced meat with the herbs, the gherkins, paprika powder, pepper and salt.
  • Knead the meat paste with the eggs and the breadcrumbs. Make 4 burgers out of the paste.
  • Grill the burgers on the grill for about 5-7 minutes or until cooked on both the sides.
  • Cut the hamburger buns in half and toast them on the grill until they are a golden yellow colour.
  • Spread herb butter on to the bottom halves of the buns.
  • Place a lettuce leaf and a burger on each half of the buns.
  • Cover the burger with ketchup and then cover with the top half of the bun. Serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams mixed minced meat
  • 100 grams herb butter
  • 2 tablespoon bread crumbs
  • 75 grams tomato ketchup
  • Paprika powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 2 gherkins, cut into small cubes
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 bundles of mixed herbs, Washed, dried and finely chopped
