Preparation Method :
- Mix the minced meat with the herbs, the gherkins, paprika powder, pepper and salt.
- Knead the meat paste with the eggs and the breadcrumbs. Make 4 burgers out of the paste.
- Grill the burgers on the grill for about 5-7 minutes or until cooked on both the sides.
- Cut the hamburger buns in half and toast them on the grill until they are a golden yellow colour.
- Spread herb butter on to the bottom halves of the buns.
- Place a lettuce leaf and a burger on each half of the buns.
- Cover the burger with ketchup and then cover with the top half of the bun. Serve immediately.

- 500 grams mixed minced meat
- 100 grams herb butter
- 2 tablespoon bread crumbs
- 75 grams tomato ketchup
- Paprika powder
- 2 eggs
- 4 hamburger buns
- 2 gherkins, cut into small cubes
- 4 lettuce leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 bundles of mixed herbs, Washed, dried and finely chopped
