FLAMING COSSACK SWORD

Preparation Method :

  • Spice the meat slices with salt, pepper, paprika powder and garlic.
  • Thread the slices of meat alternately with the paprika quarters, the slices of onion and the strips of bacon onto a large rotary spit.
  • Spread the spiced oil all over the skewer of meat and cook on the grill for about 45 - 50 minutes with turning frequently.
  • Then pour vodka onto the skewer, flame and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 225 grams streaky bacon, cut into slices and then into wide strips
  • 150 grams thin pork neck steaks, washed and dried
  • 4 red and green peppers, washed and cut into quaters
  • 150 grams thin escalopes of veal, washed and dried
  • 150 grams thin beef neck steaks, washed and dried
  • 150 grams thin slices of leg of lamb, washed and dried
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Paprika powder
  • Liquid garlic
  • 1 Spanish onion, peeled and cut into thick slices
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground basil
  • Sage
  • 2 tablespoon vodka
