CHILLI MEATBALLS

Preparation Method :

  • Spice the minced meat with the coriander powder with salt, pepper and sugar.
  • Knead the egg,Oil and the cornflour with the minced meat.
  • Knead the mushroom, bamboo shoots, diced chilli and garlic cloves with the minced meat and shape into small balls.
  • Put the chilli meatballs onto skewers and grill them for about 10-12 minutes or until they turn brown and cooked on every side.
  • Arrange the chilli meatballs on the chilli sauce, garnish and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150grams bamboo shoots, drained and cut into fine pieces
  • 500 grams mixed minced meat
  • 50 ml IDHAYAM Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • Pinch of Sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 4 dried Morel mushrooms, soaked in boiling water, drained and cut into fine strips
  • 1 red chilli, halved, washed and diced
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic, peeled and pressed
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chilli sauce, to taste
