Preparation Method :
- Spice the minced meat with the coriander powder with salt, pepper and sugar.
- Knead the egg,Oil and the cornflour with the minced meat.
- Knead the mushroom, bamboo shoots, diced chilli and garlic cloves with the minced meat and shape into small balls.
- Put the chilli meatballs onto skewers and grill them for about 10-12 minutes or until they turn brown and cooked on every side.
- Arrange the chilli meatballs on the chilli sauce, garnish and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 150grams bamboo shoots, drained and cut into fine pieces
- 500 grams mixed minced meat
- 50 ml IDHAYAM Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- Pinch of Sugar
- 1 egg
- 4 dried Morel mushrooms, soaked in boiling water, drained and cut into fine strips
- 1 red chilli, halved, washed and diced
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, peeled and pressed
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chilli sauce, to taste
