Preparation Method :
- Mix the fruit with the lemon juice, sugar and rum.
- Put the fruit salad onto 4-5 large pieces of aluminium foil.
- Close the foil tightly and put the packages into the embers for 3-5 minutes.
- When cooked, take them out.
- Arrange in the foil, decorate with mint and serve immediately.
INGREDIENTS
- 50 ml lemon juice
- 1 orange, peeled, white skin discarded and cut into wedges
- 1 apple, peeled, cored and cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoon demerara sugar
- 1 pear, peeled, cored and cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoon rum
- 1 grapefruit, peeled, white skin discarded and cut into wedges
- Mint for garnishing
